Eagle Point Negotiations Continue, Schools Resumes Monday

The Eagle Point School District and Union still have not reached an agreement.

Reps from both sides met at Thursday 11 AM, working all day to reach an agreement. The two sticking points remaining are employee insurance, and class times.

The teams will return to bargaining with the help of a state mediator on Tuesday.

On Friday, substitutes will beworking in classrooms, prepping for Monday. Subs will also be judging senior spring board presentations at the high school.

Student bus service is also expected to be announced on Friday.
