Update: Eagle Point teachers are currently on strike. Union members began walking the line at 6am Tuesday. District 9 reporting that they will close school through Friday, May 11.

Negotiations resumed at 1pm on Monday and continued through the night in Eagle Point as the teachers and administrators worked to reach an agreement before a 6am strike deadline. NBC5’s Laura Cavanaugh has the latest.
