Salem, Ore. — Flags are to be lowered for the two young, Oregon victims of the Reynolds High School and Seattle Pacific University shootings.
Governor Kitzhaber issued the statewide order and says that he’s “devastated their potential and dreams were cut short by senseless acts of violence.”
