Kiev, Ukraine — (NBC News) Distant rumblings echoed through a much subdued protest camp that had taken over part of the Ukrainian capitol.
Protesters are skeptical about a new peace deal reached following all night long talks with the President, opposition leaders, and the European Union.
The fragile truce, follows the deadliest day in a roughly 3-month uprising.
