Man Says He Saw Thieves Stealing Neighbor's Truck

Rocky Gregory was shocked when he read the Sunday newspaper

and realized he had seen a crime happen right in front of his eyes last week in the wee hours of the morning. That’s when he called police to tell them what he saw.

“Looked out of the window and there was a truck in the middle of the street and a big white Chevy 4×4, lights doors and couple guys running around,” said Gregory.

A truck belonging to his neighbor, a Senior at North Medford, was one of the five trucks stolen last week.

Gregory said he hopes others will come forward, particularly the driver of a car he says pulled up as the crime was underway.

“Whoever was in the car might come forward cause they got a better look at what was going on that I did,” said Gregory.

Meantime Gregory said he’s being more watchful, ready to call 911 next time anything seems unusual in his neighborhood.
