Josephine County, Ore. — The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office and Josephine County Search and Rescue are on the lookout for a missing 89 year old Hispanic male with dementia.
Officials say that the man walked away from an adult foster home in theFoothill Blvd. area this morning.
No name or picture were released, but the man is described to be 5’6″, 110 lbs, with grey hair. They believe he was wearing blue jeans, black shoes, fleece jacket (unknown color), Marine Corp. Ball Cap.

Frank Rosales was found safe today. The Josephine Co. Sheriff’s Office says an EMS crew is being sent to his location now.
