New efforts to find missing Ashland teen

Ashland, Ore. — New efforts tonight to help locate missing Ashland teen, Hannah Thomas-Garner.

Organizers and volunteers of Team Hannah were out distributing new fliers that show the girl and the car she was last seen driving; they say their focus is different from the police investigation.

Amy Kennedy, Team Hannah, “My focus is that there is a missing girl from our community, a junior in high school that nobody has heard from or seen, if somebody has other information, they need to tip the police, they need to anonymously come forward.”

The 17-year-old, Hannah has been missing for seven weeks, she was last seen at a party on Dead Indian Memorial Road before police found her vehicle damaged and abandoned in Mt Shasta, California.

Ashland Police consider the girl a runaway, but Hannahs parents, and ‘Team Hannah’ don’t believe that’s the case.
