The Oregon 2012 Legislature session is now hitting the half-way mark.
A number of bills have already been shot down– including a new state board of interior design, and a plan to give tax credits to small businesses that hire.
A few of the bills that have survived include Governor John Kitzhaber’s health care and education reforms.
More than 270 bills were drafted this year.
