Salem, Ore. — An Oregon mom is desperately searching for a teddy bear that holds her daughters ashes.
Sarah Pequeno says the bear was lost in Salem on Tuesday, February 17th. She says the bear holds the ashes of her firstborn daughter who died four days after birth.
Her ashes were put into a locket which was sewn inside the bear.
Pequeno says her son, Isaiah, carries the bear around as a way to stay close to his twin sister.
The bear was lost when she put the bear on top of her car while buckling in Isaiah, forgot it was there and drove away.
