Medford’s former Red Lion Hotel has new owners and a new name: ‘The Inn at the Commons’.
Doug and Becky Neuman completed their purchase of the hotel and convention center Thursday.
They plan to take over the struggling property, infuse it with a new concept and energy and be a part of downtown Medford’s revitalization. Becky Neuman said “It makes perfect sense that we have this great opportunity to come into an area that’s already up-trending. We’re so proud of what’s happened here and so proud to be a part of it.”
The Ashland couple owns the Neuman Hotel Group, consisting of several Ashland properties including the Ashland Springs Hotel, Larks Restaurant, and Waterstone Spa among others.
