This week’s pet is Sugar.
Sugar is a six year old female West Highland/Maltese Terrier Mix who is adorable. Sugar is a bit of a special case around SO Humane, we noticed she was deaf. Without knowing at first, we just thought she was afraid of other dogs, but she just can’t hear them coming, which can be scary. She is a great dog who minds her manners and loves the people she’s with. She probably wouldn’t be recommended for a home with small children, because they can sometimes sneak up behind her with out even knowing it.
