Grants Pass, Ore. –Redwood Elementary School in Grants Pass reopened today after a Norovirus outbreak.
The school district tells NBC5 News that an unusually high number of the students and staff became ill. Medical practitioners told them they believe it’s due to a Norovirus outbreak.
I was nervous and a lot of the reason I was nervous was because a mom doesn’t want to see her kid sick and throwing up, said Lisa Johnson, a mother of a student.
The building was sanitized on Friday and today it was normal classes for students.
