S.O. Humane Society receives over $18k from Southern Oregon Subaru

Medford, Ore. — The Southern Oregon Humane Society received a lot of love Wednesday morning in the form of a check.

Thanks to Subaru’s national “Share the Love” campaign, every time a new car was sold at Southern Oregon Subaru customers could choose where to give a $250 donation. Most people in Southern Oregon chose S.O. Humane.

Wednesday morning, they were honored with a check for $18,000 dollars.

S.O. Humane Director Kenn Altine says this money will help save the lives of so many animals “We try to get as many dog out of high kill shelters. This money just changes the game for that.”

Last year S.O. Humane received $3,800 from the same campaign.
