Adult obesity rates in the U.S. remain high and even increased in six states over the past year.
That’s according to a new report from the Trust for Americas Health, which tracks obesity trends in all 50 states for the first time, obesity rates now top 35% in Mississippi and West Virginia and 20 other states are at or above 30%.
The report also showed one in ten children become obese as early as age five.
