Medford, Ore. — Susan Monica’s fate will be in the hands of a jury in April. That’s the word after the suspected serial killer’s pre-trial hearing.
Monica’s trial date was set for April 13th. She wasn’t happy and asked for her trial to be held within 60 days.
The judge denied her request saying the date is reasonable considering the on-going investigation.
Monica was arrested in January. Prosecutors say she shot and killed two men back in 2012 and 2013. They also say she dismembered their bodies before burying them on her 20 acre ranch in Rogue River.
