The Jackson County Sheriff’s says they now have the man who they suspect killed Ashland man, Frank Dameiano
34 year old Merlin resident,Elmo Bound the Third is currently being held in the Jackson County Jail. He’s facing charges of murder, assault and robbery in the first degree.
Friends of Bound say he worked Elmer’s Restaurant as a cook… and say they’re shocked at the allegation.
Friends of the victim, also known as Tony Della Penna as a flamboyant.. pleasant man. He was found Thursday, dead inside his Ashland home. While police are not yet releasing the official cause of death, they told us it was a brutal murder.
Bound is currently being held without bail.
