Eagle Point, Ore. — Three suspects are in custody Tuesday night following a short pursuit from White City to Eagle Point.
According to a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy, an Eagle Point officer attempted to stop the vehicle which was reported stolen from a Central Point home Monday evening.
The deputy also said that there had been a rifle in the vehicle when it was stolen.
According to the deputy the vehicle didn’t stop and fled down Bigham Brown Road and crashed near a golf course near Alta Vista Road and Bigham Brown Road in Eagle Point.
That’s when the three people in the vehicle fled on foot hiding from police in the surrounding neighborhood.
All three suspects were located after about a 20 minute search.
