Veterans looking for work in Southern Oregon attended a free job forum Tuesday afternoon.
Put on by the Oregon Employment Department, the forum was aimed at helping veterans transfer their experience in the military into skills that could translate into the workforce.
From learning how to write a resume, to interviewing techniques, veterans left with a better understanding of how to land a job here locally.
