The East Medford neighborhood near Foothill, Hillcrest and Pierce Roads is in an uproar after getting word of a proposed rezoning of vacant properties around their homes.
Those living within 200 feet of the proposed changes were given letters by the city but manysay they’ve had little time to react, learn about the changes or make comments.
Official public comment will end tomorrow but the public can still submit their questions or concerns at two meetings.
