At it again… Police believe the serial arsonist targeting vacant homes in West Medford claimed his 14th home Friday morning. While MPD acknowledges they are no closer to identifying a suspect… they have a new fear… that the suspect is becoming more brazen. NBC-5’s Craig Smullin reports.
