Workers prep for the Jackson County Fair

FAIR PREP PICCentral Point, Ore. — In just a short amount of prep time, the Jackson County Fair is coming to life at the Expo. A number of rides and booths are already assembled in the parking lot, including the Ferris wheel.

This year’s theme is Carnival Lights and Country Nights, and organizers say they’ve worked hard to make sure there’s something for everyone.

“Between the weather, all the great rides, the incredible food, and the music that’s going to be here, you don’t want to miss the things happening at the Jackson County Fair this year” Helen Funk said, the Director of the Expo.

A number of concerts will be going on. On Sunday, a church service will be held at the amphitheater at 9:30 AM. Following that, admission is free all day on Sunday.
