Awrong way driver on the interstate creates havoc yesterday morning. Reports say just before six yesterday morning, 49 year old Sergey Zhura was driving south on the northbound side of I-5 when he side-swiped a Toyota Camry, and then turned around and took off!
Oregon State Police say they spotted Zhura 8 miles up the interstate, but he refused to pull over for another 6 miles. The driver of the Camry was not injured…
and after briefly resisting arrest…Zhura was transported to three rivers medical center for mental evaluation and cited onnumerous charges including reckless driving andhit and run.
