The fire was first reported Friday evening and has spread to hay stacks and multiple barns.
Fire crews believe somewhere between five hundred and one thousand tons of hay are burning or have been destroyed.
According to fire officials, losses are in the millions of dollars. They say the hay will continue to burn for several days.
Junction City Fire and Rescue said the Office of the State Fire Marshall determined the cause of the fire to be spontaneous combustion.
