Grants Pass, Ore. — More low-income housing opportunities came to Grants Pass. Parkview Terrace is now leasing 75 units – from one to three bedrooms. 25 units of the complex are still under construction and will be completed by August 11.
Parkview Terrace management said they hope they’re providing those with low income a good opportunity in a competitive housing market.
“In this particular area, we find that the vacancy rate is so low right now that being able to have that opportunity to provide that to everyone in the community is great.” Tiffany Bactista said.
Those who qualify can pick up an application at the Josephine County Housing Council or apply at the Housing Authority website, here.
