KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore. – A Portland man was killed after he was struck by a vehicle while walking along a highway near Chemult.
Oregon State Police said on the night of January 2, 37-year-old David Ralphs-Thomason was in the northbound lane of Highway 97 near milepost 204 when he was hit by a Hyundai Sonata driven by a 22-year-old Spokane resident.
Ralphs-Thomason was pronounced dead at the scene.
OSP released no further information about the incident.
