White City, Ore. – Police are searching for a man they say eluded officers after a reported domestic disturbance in White City.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, at around 10:00 Monday night, officers were in the process of responding to domestic disturbance call in the 8000 block of Gladstone Avenue when a vehicle was seen speeding away from the area.
Police say they attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver fled. The pursuit ended when the suspect went off-road in the Hoover Ponds area. The vehicle was eventually found, but the driver had apparently fled the scene.
Police are still searching for the driver, who they have identified as 55-year-old Richard E. Biswell of White City.
