Rising waters flooded a parking garage, damaging several cars at a San Diego Marriott. To make matters worse, a partial structure collapse at the hotel flooded the lobby area of the building.
A flash flood warning was issued in parts San Diego throughout Tuesday afternoon amid heavy the rainfall from a series of winter storms. The rain is expected to continue in the region through Thursday.
