Complaints against Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home include failure to place markers in a timely manner, disagreements over service costs, and failure to comply with industry standards.

Eternal Hills Director Tim Lancaster says he plans to challenge the order:  “We are going to make an appeal to the Oregon State Mortuary Board for these issues, and with the community, all issues have been resolved and satisfied.”

The order documents complaints made by 12 parties over an 8 year period.

The order calls for licenses for Eternal Hills to be revoked on March 30th.
