Terrifying Ohio gas explosion caught on camera


Rochester, N.Y. (WHEC) — Security cameras show a terrifying explosion at a Rochester, New York gas station.

Police say the 45-year-old driver had just put a gas can in the trunk of his car at the Sunoco station and opened the driver’s door when the vehicle burst into flames.

The man was thrown backwards and caught on fire.

Fire officials say he suffered third degree burns over 30 percent of his body.
