Trial set to begin for man accused of fatal DUII crash

richard-scottMedford, Ore. — Jury selection begins tomorrow in the trial of a man accused of killing a Jackson County dispatcher while driving drunk.

Police say 45-year-old Richard Scott was driving the wrong way on I-5 between Medford and Ashland when he hit and killed Karen Greenstein back in March of 2014.

Scott was also injured after the crash, but is now behind bars at the Jackson County Jail.

Scott is charged with manslaughter, reckless endangering and DUII.
