Grants Pass, Ore., — A follow up to a story NBC5 has been covering for more than a year.

The woman involved in a deadly rollover crash appeared in court today.

In August of last year, Breanna White was driving five other young women home from a party when she hit a tree in Grants Pass.

One of them died.

White is now facing several charges, including DUII and manslaughter.

Since the roll over crash last year, Breanna White has been hit with more charges including conspiracy and sex abuse.

White was already sentenced to 15 months for trying to get someone to burglarize her grandmothers home to raise bail money.

Today she appeared in court and waived her right to a 60 day speedy trial on sex abuse charges.

Those charges were filed last month.

The district attorney says, after giving alcohol to the victims of the crash, she inappropriately touched two of them.

White will be back in court on October 25th to start trial on the manslaughter charges.

And then will appear again on January 10th for the sex abuse charges.
