Lane County, Ore. — A bizarre crash in Northern Oregon blocked a highway for hours as crews worked to free a driver.

Oregon State Police responded to the accident on Highway 58 east of Lowell around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Troopers said the driver of the truck lost control for an unknown reason and hit a train trestle, causing the truck to jack-knife.

Police said an RV driving in the opposite direction collided with the truck. The driver of the RV was trapped for over two hours before crews could extricate her. She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
