Klamath Falls, Ore. — The president of a deputy’s union in Klamath County has filed a legal complaint against Sheriff Frank Skrah.
The complaint claims that Skrah has retaliated against Corporal Daren Krag for whistle blowing.
Claims made by Krag sparked an Oregon Department of Justice investigation which led to criminal charges against Skrah — claims which Skrah denies.
In his latest labor complaint, Krag contends that Skrah denied a request for light duty following surgery, and that Skrah gave Krag a negative evaluation during a recent review.
Skrah told us today that he wishes he could comment, but cannot at this time.
