Eagle Point, Ore.- A family was home Friday afternoon when their Eagle Point home caught fire. Fire crews responded about noon to a home on Ponderosa Way.
When crews arrived, they found flames in the upper half of the two story home. The family had made it outside and no one was hurt.
Flames burned much of the upper stories and smoke damage rendered the rest of the house unlivable. The cause of the fire was not immediately released.
