Bend, Ore. — A former nurse from Sky Lakes Medical Center pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree manslaughter.
45-year-old Bend resident Angela Judd confessed to a counselor that she had smothered her 92-year-old grandmother to death on New Year’s Eve.
Court records show Judd pleaded guilty late last week as part of a plea deal. Judd is scheduled to be sentenced august fourth, she’ll face a minimum of 75 months in prison.
