Hero Run to benefit children with cancer

HERO RUN

Medford, Ore.– Gamerosity gives hero gift packages to children across the nation battling cancer.

These packages include a handwritten card, shirt, ipad, a cape and many other items. Touched by this idea, Kaleigh Hollingsworth contacted Gamerosity Executive Director, Manny Munoz, himself a cancer survivor, to organize a run to help raise money for the organization.

“She told me about it and I was really impressed about how organized and well put together it is,” Munoz said. “Little 5-K run, little fun run, super hero run, everybody’s going to dress up and have a good time.”

Hollingsworth said the organization is hoping to have a large turn out at the Hero Run, so they came make a generous donation.

“I want as many people– the more the merrier!” Hollingsworth said. “We want as many people as we can to support Gamerostiy and just have fun.”
