Ashland City Officials are looking into reforming the cities vacation home rental laws.
Some residents in Ashland believe the current vacation rental laws are out of date.
The city say many owners of vacation home rentals are not paying the city’s 9 percent lodging tax or have a licenses by the city.
Officials blame the rise of vacation home rental websites and residents just not knowing vacation rental laws.
