Klamath Falls, Ore. –A disturbing animal abuse investigation is underway in Klamath Falls.

Animal control says someone is killing and skinning dogs and cats.
They recovered several dogs and 1 cat dead with their skin removed between June of 2013 and this past February.
Police say the animals were found in both the city and county suburban areas and they’re following leads to catch the person or people responsible.
Animal control says local residents do not need to be alarmed or in fear of losing their pet. None of the animals found were reported lost or stolen.
