Ashland Takes Steps to Reduce Panhandling

The City of Ashland is taking steps to reduce the number of panhandlers during the summertime.

The city plans to install 3 homeless donation boxes, in the hope that panhandling will decrease in the coming summer months.

The money will go to the local St. Vincent De Paul.

Two will be located in the plaza, the other near the Black Swan Theater.
