The e-cigarette business is booming. Several local retailers; like Rogue Blends, Vapor Legends, and EC blends are reporting explosive growth. In fact, EC blends is doing so well, it’s opening a new store on Delta Waters.
E-cigarettes are not covered under Oregon’s Smokefree Workplace Law, perhaps contributing to their local popularity.
