Chambers Communications, the parent company of ABC affiliates in Medford, Eugene, and Klamath Falls has sold their television stations.
Georgia’s Heartland Media LLC and M-South Equity Partners have acquired KEZI, KDRV and KDKF from the Eugene based company.
Heartland owns an NBC affiliate in New York.
The deal is subject to FCC approval.
