The city council will meet this week to discuss restoring the banks of Bear Creek to its native splendor
The council will study a restoration proposal that will look at removing invasive species and planting native vegetation.
The project would take place over 5 years and could cost upwards of 200 thousand dollars. The review will take place at noon on Thursday at City Hall.
