Medford, Ore.– Big changes coming to the city of Medford with a whole new retail development in the works.
Construction is coming along off Rossanley Drive across from Trader Joes at the future site of the Northgate Marketplace.
The property manager tells us HomeGoods, The Ram restaurant and brew pub and an 89,000 square foot Dicks Sporting Goods will all be at Northgate. All of the stores will bring more revenue into the city of Medford.
The stores are expected to be completed by October or November of this year.
