Mo. — (WGEM) Many parents like to show off their children to family and friends by posting photos on social media accounts, but one Missouri mother was shocked when someone stole those precious photos and created fake pages with them.
Brandi Beckham describes the woman who snatched photos of her nearly 1-year-old twins Paisley and Presley as desperate.
“I think she’s just sad, lonely, doesn’t have a family and wants children,” Beckham said. “She changed their names, went to the lengths of changing their names, their birthdays and saying that she adopted them and we died.”
It’s a thought that sends any mom’s mind racing.
“I was scared, very scared that she was going to come and take my kids,” Beckham said.
