Deaf baby hears mom's voice for the first time

A baby born with almost no hearing is discovering new things, thanks to technology.

Little Elijah Cook was outfitted with tiny hearing aids at nine weeks of age.

His mom, Ahavah, posted this video online of the first time he heard her voice.

You can see Elijah look up at her when she says his name, he even gives a little smile.

Mom says Elijah was born with severe deafness in both ears.
