Medford, Ore. –Coffee lovers in Jackson and Josephine counties helped feed their community today and got a free Dutch Bros. drink in return.
You may have noticed a little bit of a longer line at your favorite Dutch Bros. coffee stand this morning. They teamed up with access food share for their ninth annual “Dutch Luv Day.”
In exchange for three cans of nonperishable items customers received any size drink of their choice for free.
“The lines have been pretty crazy the bins this year are bigger than others and they’re still filling up just as fast so i think we’re doing pretty well this year,” Dutch Bros. Marketing Coordinator Justine Wilson said.
Last year the Valentine’s Day event raised nearly 25,000 pounds of food in Jackson County alone.
