A Jackson County Grand jury has indicted a former Marine on measure 11 murder charges in the death of his wife.
Bourne Huddleston claims his wife Kristy shot herself in their North Medford home on Friday– yesterday, the jury heard witness testimony.
There is also evidence that Huddleston tried to hire a man to kill his wife.
A preliminary hearing has been set for April 16.
