Massachusetts social worker arrested for soliciting Grants Pass girls for sexually explicit photos

Rick Hall 2Mass. — A Massachusetts man has been charged with 39 felonies after allegedly soliciting three 15-year-old Grants Pass girls for sexually explicit images.

Police in Grants Pass say the two-and-a-half month investigation revealed Rick Hall offered the girls payment through Paypal for the pictures.

Although Hall was served his warrant on Monday, he was already behind bars in Massachusetts, where he had just been arrested with enticement of a child under 18 and human trafficking of a child under 18 in an unrelated case.

Hall owns the North Shore Recovery Management business in Reading, Massachusetts which provided counseling services to adolescents.

His license has been suspended. We’ll have much more on this story tonight on NBC5 News at 11.
