The city of Medford will begin a valley gutter installation project Tuesday on Biddle road at Fischer avenue.
Officials are asking drivers heading to businesses on Fischer to use Knutson, one street south, for access.
During the project, some non-commercial vehicle and semi-trucking traffic will be allowed to and from Fisher at all times.
The project is expected to last about four weeks.
