Medford, Ore. — A Medford man is in police custody after allegedly firing a shotgun in his backyard.
Medford police say that Gabriel Valle-Sanchez was hallucinating that people were in his yard, trespassing.
They say he fired his shotgun in the backyard, no one was hurt.
Valle-Sanchez was arrested on charges of unlawful discharge of firearm and also was referred to Jackson County Mental Health.
